'Brazilian Wax...'

I was going for a photoshoot and decided to treat myself to a Brazilian wax, it' would be my first ever! And because I always like a good deal, I searched high and low for a discount somewhere close to home or work. Thanks to O2 Priority Moments, I found that this place had a 40% off discount. I went onto their website to check out prices and such, found that I can book online. It will require you to create an account, the reason being is when you log back on, they remember what you booked last time, and they added a handy one-click button so you can rebook your previous treatments easily. The reception staff was very sweet, extremely polite and friendly. The place is very clean. The staff who tended to my biz-naz was Agnieszka, and she made sure I was comfortable and was very gentle as I had told her it was my first time. As I left I got a goody bag with of some flyers, sample products and some mints (maybe they're telling me my breathe stinks). Overall, I really like this place and would definitely go back.

I'm from Algeria and I was just for holidays in London when I discovered this salon. Beautiful design, quietness, and nice team, very professional and kind! I had exactly the hairstyle I was looking for: beautiful curls and very good results also with keratin treatment! Hi Katie,
I recently came in for a manicure, eyebrow reshape and cut and blow dry. I actually live in Surrey so it was further than I would normally travel, but I wanted to try out the salon - I was not disappointed! Gabi did a fantastic job on my nails, and my eyebrows were done to perfection. Leah cut my hair perfectly and gave the best finish I have ever had. The experience overall was brilliant, all the staff were so friendly and I was treated so well. I will definitely be coming back!

Brazilian blow dry...

I just want to say thank you for the great result of your Brazilian blow dry made by Leah last week! My hair is now silky and I don't need anymore blow dry to go out. I hope that this will last as much as possible, but I'll definitely come back to renew it!

Hi Katie,
Hope all is well with you. Please can you let Steven know that I love my hair! I think he has done an absolutely fantastic job; my hair is now 100 times more manageable and taking me half the time to style each day. I was previously spending ages trying to coax it to NOT stick out all over the place... and it still did half way through the day! I don't have that problem now.
I am really, really pleased. Please thank Steven for me - I know I was a bit of a hairdresserphobic nightmare when he met me, poor guy! I will certainly be coming back and have recommended Smooth You to others in passing (and forwarded any eshots I get thru to the others here at Jobwise Training)

Smooth You has now become my second home! It is one of the most luxurious salons I have ever set foot in and the fantastic way the staff look after you makes every trip a wonderful experience. I am constantly being complemented on my hair thanks to Steven and Luma and have been lucky enough to try out many treatments - I cannot recommend their massages highly enough! There is nothing better than sitting in the chair with a glass of champagne knowing you're going to leave looking a million dollars....

Massage...

I visited for the first time in September and had a lovely experience. I was greeted in reception and had coffee and biscuits whilst I was waiting. I arrived early, so I was offered a complementary skin scan whilst I waited!! Gosh - I will definatly be booking a facial on my next visit! Just before my massage a lady called Katie came to give me a tour of the salon. It is pure luxury with chic interior. I then waited in the downstairs waiting area and sat until Agi, my therapist was ready for me. She was extremely friendly and professional.

I had the most excellent massage and was so relaxed. The soft music and aroma has me falling asleep. Agi was continuallly asking me if everything was ok and If I wanted her to concentrate in different areas of my back. I throughly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing massage to go to Smooth You and I will not hesitate going back.

Girls, girls, girls! I have just spend 4 hours with the most amazing, talented women ever! Luma. Luma has years and years of experience in hair extensions and has transformed my locks in to what i can only describe as rapunzel!!

I have spent years wishing that my hair would grow and became an addict to wearing clip in extensions everyday. My friend recomended me to Smooth You and i came to see Luma to find out more about her technique. No glue, no heat, no damage to the hair. Her colour match to my blonde locks was amazing and the hair is so gorgously thick.

I left feeling like a hollywood star!! everyone comments on my hair and they say they can't tell they are extensions at all!! Money well spent! - Luma i will be your client for life!!

Aromatherapy Massage...

My boyfriend booked me and him for the aromatherapy massage at smooth you and usually im always dissapointed with massages that ive been for as they never seem to make me feel as i want them too and have always felt like ive been rushed out as quick as possible, but i must say our experience at this plush new salon was amazing we recieved cappucino on arrival as we was early for our appt we were then taken down by the therapists ON TIME and was given a mini tour of the salon which i must say was beautiful. My massage lasted for 60 mins and i found the massage so relaxing but also i felt well looked after by my therapist.

I would reccomend this salon to anyone looking to treat themselves they do all kinds of treatments to suit your needs.

i loved my experience here and cant wait to return for my facial next month :) xx

Not usually one for writing reviews but have to say this place is pretty special. Had an amazing massage and facial - thanks so much Agi, I feel so much better - wish I could lie all day in those ridiculously comfy and wide massage beds!

I've been to a fair few salons and this one definitely tops the lot. You get what you pay for - the whole salon is so lovely and the staff so friendly..Can't wait to go back!

Hi Katie,
I am not exaggerating when I say that second to her children Maggie’s hair is her most treasured possession. To recommend a new hairdresser is fraught with danger as if anything were to go wrong the messenger would definitely be shot! Thanks to you and your team Maggie is over the moon with her hair and I can look forward to a very merry Christmas. The colour is perfect, the cut is perfect, the styling perfect and Maggie enjoyed the whole experience, which I believe is a first. For the first time since I have known her when we got home she did not rush straight upstairs to restyle her hair. Steven is officially the best hairdresser in the world! Maggie is a very happy bunny at the moment and if she is happy I am very happy.
